It's been quite a long time!

How long did I think this party would last?

I got my bike!

Whoo Hoo!
I lost 3.2 lbs this week!!!! I guess the switch to Flex really paid off. I am back at my 14.4 lb total lost. Now I just have to hold on to it and keep going. Week Eight

Week Seven
Another .4 lbs down! I’m happy that it’s in the negative direction. I misbehaved a bit last week foodwise, but I did start with a trainer! A few of us girls at work got together and are sharing the cost of a boot camp class at our work gym. I’m pretty excited. I can use the push! This week, we didn’t meet with her, but I did drag myself to the gym twice!

Week Five
Not fantastic, but not awful either (and there are extenuating circumstances-ladies, you know what I mean). Down another .2 lbs for a total of 6.8 lbs since starting core. I think from now on I am going to report my progress from my starting weight when I was at my highest. Taking that into consideration, I am down a total of 12.6 lbs! Now, that’s nothing to sneeze at!

Week Four

I never met a cookie I didn't like...
When is it ever a good idea for my mom to bring cookies when she comes to visit, knowing that I’m trying to follow core? They are only supposed to be for my BF, but come on, who are we kidding? Activity points count!
Since I am new to the core plan, I wasn’t exactly sure how activity points counted, since there is no food counting (except for non-core foods), and there is no daily allowance to add them to. Well, to my amazement, when I added in my activity points on e-tools, my weekly allowance remaining points total went up!!! First week is a success!
