First week is a success!

I was very reluctant to try this CORE thing out. It’s always hard when you are learning a new way to eat, esp. if there are restrictions. But so far it is a success. I am down 2.2 lbs this past week!!! Wow, if I can keep this up, I will be on my way to goal in no time.
It wasn’t even that hard. I get to eat all the foods I love and it helps me to remember things like trying to eat 5 fruits/veggies a day. I’ll keep you posted to see how next week goes.
